Processing orders:
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. All items in stock will be shipped within 72 hours. Shipping times are subject to change during holidays.

We will notify you when we ship out the package by email or phone.

Please provide your phone number to place on your shipment for shipping and customs.
All Lumalight shipments are insured and have tracking numbers.
Please contact us immediately if your package was mishandled by the Courier or Post.

Back-ordered items:
You will be notified if item is on back order. This also applies to custom items.

Method of shipment:
United States and Canada: Expedited, Express Post or Air Mail. 4-21 day delivery.
International orders: Federal Express Courier 2-8 days or Air Mail 1-6 weeks

Customs: United States and International
• US residents may be subject to state taxes, which are levied once a shipment arrives (taxes are not added to your shipment by Spectrahue).

• International orders (outside Canada) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Custom policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for further information. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.

Canadian Orders
• Canadian orders: subject to GST 5% apply (outside Ontario)
• Ontario orders: PST 8% and GST 5% apply.
• Books/Courses are subject to 5% GST in all provinces.

Return policy/warranty:
All sales are final subject to manufacturers warranty on equipment. There may be slight irregularities due to the nature and uniqueness of the product. If the Lumalight illuminator or carrying case are damaged in delivery, please contact us immediately upon receipt of package for replacement of part(s). This does not apply to the color lenses as slight irregularity does not constitute being a flaw. Please notify us prior to shipping any component back for an RPO# to place on parcel. Videos/DVDs, books and all printed educational materials are non-refundable. Please select your packages carefully. Shipping, insurance and custom charges are non-refundable.
