PayPal Technical Difficulties / Alternate Methods of Payment

PayPal account is not necessary to proceed to purchase Spectrahue products through PayPal's e-commerce site. Just proceed through their secure credit card billing system upon check out. We have been a verified merchant of PayPal since 2004.
If your delivery address is different from your billing address, please let us know in a separate email with your phone number for shipping documents.
If your card is declined, you may need to inform your credit card company of your purchase to allow PayPal to process the transaction. Your credit card company is protecting you by flagging purchases over $1000 -- just give them a call to authorize the PayPal transaction. It may take 24 hours for PayPal to update their system, so you may need to enter your purchase the next day. You may also need to register this credit card with PayPal prior to placing your order. Just give PayPal a call toll free 1-800-852 1973 or 402 935 7733 (within North America).
At times, an order may not go through due to technical difficulties/glitches with the network from your computer provider or at PayPal (maintenance on their system, a network update, etc) You may receive a message such as invalid user /invalid merchant or nothing happens on the screen. Don't give up(!) just try again or give us a call as this is a secure Spectrahue Shopping Cart with PayPal.
You may just need to click BUY NOW a few times before it finally takes you to the shopping cart. This is normal and is considered a temporary technical glitch. Just send as an email or call to let us know the delay.
Difficulties clearing your shopping cart? Clear 'cookies' and 'cache' button located under the preference selection on your computer, then continue to proceed with purchase.

Phone Orders: We accept Visa/MC Amex in Canadian and US currency. Based upon your order and shipping destination, we send you a fax authorization form to be approved, signed and faxed back.
Wire Transfers: Please call (416) 340.0882 to arrange for international wire transfers. 1-3 day service.
Checks: We accept US/CAN postal orders and international Bank Drafts.
